  1. This archive updates your GeoWorld to the newest version 1.08
  2. from septembre 1998. Required is the installation of V1.05,
  3. because this new version needs some data from it.
  4.  
  5. Here are the main changes since V1.05:
  6.  
  7.   ° more questions and a highscore list in the GeoWorld quiz
  8.   ° "NOT" search function in maxi search
  9.   ° export of maps with drawn cities is now possible
  10.   ° expanded data (economy,history,tourism) available for
  11.     german cities
  12.  
  13. For further changes look in the history file (for now only
  14. in german, sorry!).
  15.  
  16. The next update of GeoWorld will contain mainly changes of the
  17. data stock. Also a english manual will be available soon.
  18.  
  19. For install simply click at the install icon (english or german).
  20. English version contains english locale and help files.
  21.  
  22. Please note:
  23.  
  24. 1. For installing is needed the packer LHA in your "C:"-directory.
  25. 2. In the install program choose the directory, WHERE the GeoWorld-
  26.    DIRECTORY is located.
  27.  
  28.    For example: Your GeoWorld is located in the drawer
  29.    "Work:Applications/GeoWorld". Then choose the directory
  30.    "Work:Applications", because the GeoWorld-DIRECTORY is located
  31.    HERE.
